Use of the PySimpleGUI software, including the PySimpleGUI library, documentation, demo programs and utilities (collectively, “PySimpleGUI”), is subject to the PySimpleGUI License Agreement, available at https://pysimplegui.com/eula.html (the “PySimpleGUI License Agreement”). Where PySimpleGUI or any components thereof are accessed via the Website, the PySimpleGUI License Agreement shall apply in lieu of these Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy available on the Website (the “Privacy Policy”), incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

If you use the Website to register for a PySimpleGUI license key as described in the PySimpleGUI License Agreement, you may be asked to provide certain contact and payment information. You agree that all information you provide through use of this Website or otherwise, including, but not limited to, through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
